MyWay Mobile Storage Lends Hand to Baltimore City Communities
Rebuilding Together Baltimore, a nonprofit, volunteer organization dedicated to helping low-income homeowners through home renovation and repair, held their annual Rebuilding Day in Baltimore City on April 28, 2012. The organization repaired homes and worked on community projects in the Baltimore City neighborhoods of Pigtown and Washington Village. MyWay Mobile Storage donated two of their portable storage containers for the event staff to utilize during the duration of the project.
“As a nonprofit organization that provides free home repairs to low-income homeowners, we rely on MyWay storage units to store our project materials at the homes that we work in,” said Sally Doorman, Rebuilding Together Coordinator.
MyWay Mobile Storage containers are ideal for homeowners to utilize during home renovation projects and were just as effective for Rebuilding Day in Baltimore. “The size of the units are perfect for fitting on tight streets in the Baltimore City neighborhoods where we work,” stated Doorman. The storage containers at MyWay can adapt to any project’s scale and be customized with single or multiple units.
Doorman stated that, “The staff at MyWay was friendly, flexible, and reliable.” MyWay Mobile Storage strives to be involved in the community by donating storage containers that are of use to charitable organizations.
