MyWay Mobile Storage to Join the Second Annual Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Chili & Wing Cook-Off
MyWay Mobile Storage will be joining the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) at their Second Annual Chili and Wing Cook-Off on November 1st. The event will be held at the North Park Lodge. The cook-off benefits the RAMP Foundation that operates the Education Grant Program, the REALTOR® Relief Fund, and community service projects. The event includes not only great chili and wings prepared by eight “chefs,” but also a Silent auction of homemade desserts and a fun trivia team challenge. The entrance fee is $15 per guests and you will be able to enjoy salad, cornbread, and a beverage along with the chili and wings. For another $80 enters a 6-person team in the trivia challenge.
MyWay Mobile Storage franchise owner, Ed Sickmund, said, “We really enjoyed the event last year…So much so that I decided to enter my own chili this year. I call it MyWay Magic Maui Chili.” Deb Arrisher, Prudential Preferred Realty took top prize last year for her chili and best wings went to the group from PPM Realty. Sickmund added, “I can’t think of a better way to raise money for a terrific cause.”
About the Foundation:
The RAMP Foundation was formed in 1992 by the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh exclusively for charitable, educational, literary, and scientific purposes. The Foundation is a community of Realtors coming together to share their resources and talent to help one another for the benefit of the real estate industry and the community at large. The Foundation participates with other not-for-profit organizations to help the community of Realtors support other charitable endeavors as well.

REALTOR RELIEF FUND
The relief fund provides assistance to real estate licensees in times of crisis. The fund is intended to help bridge the gap between need and available resources so that licensees’ can maintain their livelihoods and provide for their families
DONOR PROGRAMS
The Foundation is totally dependent on donations to support its programs. Contributions are charitable donations as a qualifying exempt organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
