The units are clean and come with skittles inside, which my volunteers who had to lift all the heavy stuff thought was a good idea. And then at the end of the season, I needed to have the boxes delivered somewhere, left for three days, and picked up by a certain time from the second location. She was desperate and Krystle was so efficient and friendly; immediately soothed her stress and was able to get delivery approved to help them under short notice. She also said working with Amanda for the pick up was a pleasure as well because we are able to extend to her the grace period (1 day) and help her avoid an extra month of rental. She said she can tell by everyone she speaks with that we really enjoy our jobs and love helping customers. From her first call in to us to the two gentlemen who completed her challenging delivery, she has never worked with a better company and will sing praises to anyone who will listen. She works for a company that does employment background searches and is not permitted to participate in social media, but she still wanted to be able to share her experience.
